BRD Land Investment – CGTS Workflow and Process
Step 1: Initial Contact & Scheduling

Let our CGTS Accounting Team know you’d like to schedule a meeting with the BRD Land Investment team.
Our team will coordinate and schedule the meeting on your behalf.
Step 2: Decision to Invest
Once you decide to move forward with investing in BRD Land:
Our CGTS team will prepare:
BRD Investment Paperwork
CGTS Authorization Form to move funds, this document will be sent to you via DocuSign for your review and signature.
Step 3: Fund Movement
After signing the CGTS Authorization and ensuring your funds are available via wire:
CGTS will initiate the wire transfer to BRD Land Investment.
Step 4: BRD Promissory Note
Once the investment amount is wired, BRD will confirm receipt, BRD will then send the Promissory note.
BRD Paperwork (CGTS Team to Process)
Documents and Actions:
BRD Investor Information Form
Prepared by CGTS and sent directly to BRD for investor onboarding.
Wire Transfer to BRD
Once the investment amount is wired, BRD will confirm receipt.
Issuance of Promissory Note
Upon receiving both the Investor Information Form and the wired funds, BRD will issue and send you the Promissory Note for your records.
